What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
How long does a custom wig take?
About 6 to 8 weeks. Every custom piece is hand-tied to your measurements, and we contact you as soon as it is ready for your fitting and styling. If you need hair sooner, we can fit a finished human hair wig, often on the same day.
Can I return, exchange or cancel a wig?
Every custom wig is made or altered to your measurements, so custom and customized wigs are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled once work begins. Adjustments and restyling may be offered at our discretion. Please read our full refund policy before you order.
Do you ship?
Custom pieces are fitted in person at our Fort Lauderdale studio. For items ordered online, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. For anything else, email us at hello@dorinwigs.com.
I entered the wrong address on my order. What do I do?
Email hello@dorinwigs.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.
