Human Hair Extensions in Fort Lauderdale

Extensions are only as good as the hair and the hands. We use European human hair, matched to your own colour in daylight, and place it so it lies flat and moves like hair that grew there. Badly matched or badly placed extensions are obvious from across a room, and no amount of good hair fixes bad placement.

Attachment methods

• Tape-in — thin panels that sit flat to the head. Reusable at the move-up and gentle on fine hair when placed properly.
• Hand-tied and machine wefts — sewn in for length and volume, with no beads sitting on the crown. Comfortable to sleep in.
• Keratin tips (K-tip) — pre-bonded and fused with heat for a seamless join. Four to six months of wear with the right aftercare.
• Clip-ins — on and off yourself, nothing permanent, useful for occasions rather than daily wear.

Choosing the method

The right method depends on how fine your own hair is, how much length you want, and how much maintenance you will realistically do. Fine hair takes tape-ins better than heavy wefts. Thick hair carries wefts without showing the track. We work this out at the consultation rather than selling you the method with the best margin.

Colour matching

Matched against your own hair in daylight, roots included. Where your colour changes through the year, we account for it so the join does not appear in three months when your own tone shifts.

Maintenance

Move-up appointments keep the placement close to the scalp as your own hair grows. Sulphate-free products, no oils on the bonds, brush from the ends up, and never sleep on wet hair — that routine is most of what decides whether a set lasts.
