These SMS Terms & Conditions explain the text-message (SMS) program run by Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions LLC (doing business as Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions.

About the program

Program name: Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions text messages. Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions sends these texts for its two studios, and only to people who have agreed to receive them:

  • Fort Lauderdale studio, 4800 SW 28th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. Texts come from (954) 833-8711 or (754) 334-3344.
  • North Palm Beach studio, 11585 US-1, Suite 303, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. Texts come from (561) 559-7889.

Types of texts

Non-marketing texts: appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, replies to your questions, follow-ups you ask for after your consultation, and updates on custom-wig production, fittings and orders. Non-marketing texts do not include offers or promotions.

Marketing texts (only with your consent): special offers, new collections, styling tips, studio news and events, and follow-ups about ordering after your consultation.

How you sign up

You sign up by checking a consent box on one of our forms. Only the person who uses a mobile number can sign it up for texts.

Using our website or agreeing to our Terms of Service does not sign you up for texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your appointments, orders and questions, and on whether you agreed to marketing texts.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. This covers texts we send you and texts you send us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. That means texting STOP to the number that texted you: (561) 559-7889 for our North Palm Beach studio, or (954) 833-8711 or (754) 334-3344 for our Fort Lauderdale studio. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT or OPTOUT. Any other reasonable request to stop also works, for example by email, by phone or in person at either studio. We act on every opt-out request promptly, and always within 10 business days. An opt-out sent to either studio's number stops texts from both studios.

After you opt out by text, we will send you one final text to confirm it. That text will not include any marketing. After that, you will not receive any more texts from us.

If you only want to stop marketing texts and keep getting appointment texts, email or call us. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to sign up for Dorin Wigs & Hair Extensions text messages. If you book for someone under 18, use a parent's or guardian's mobile number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain terms: we do not give your mobile number or your text-message consent to other companies for marketing or promotions. Only service providers that help us run this program get your mobile number for it. Examples are our texting platform and the wireless carriers that deliver our messages.

Changes to these SMS terms

We may change these SMS terms or end the program at any time. We will post any changes on this page. We will not start sending you a new type of text, such as marketing texts, unless you agree to it separately.
