Shipping Policy

Made-to-order & customized pieces: Every customized wig and made-to-order piece is crafted by hand specifically for you. These items typically require about 3 to 4 weeks of handling and creation time before they ship, in addition to the delivery times below. We’ll keep you updated as your piece is made.

In-stock items: In-stock orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is 14 to 21 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders ship with a tracking number so you can follow them every step of the way. Packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
