Most wigs are made for an average head using processed hair. Ours are not. At Dorin Wigs every custom wig is built from scratch using virgin European and Slavic human hair. Virgin hair has never been chemically treated. It is softer, lighter and more natural looking than any processed alternative.

We measure your head, match your color, adjust the density and hand knot every strand onto a breathable cap built specifically for your scalp. Every piece is cut and styled to your face before you leave our Fort Lauderdale studio.

Private Consultation with Your Dedicated Specialist

Every custom wig starts with a private one on one consultation. We talk about your hair goals, your lifestyle and the look you want. We assess whether your hair loss is from androgenic alopecia, alopecia areata, chemotherapy, trichotillomania, hormonal changes or postpartum thinning. We do not recommend anything until we fully understand your situation. Some clients need a full custom wig. Some clients are better served by a custom hair topper. We tell you honestly which option fits before we build anything.

Full Head Measurement and Hairline Mapping

Comfort and realism start with correct measurements. We take six measurements of your head before we build anything. Every measurement matters. Our measurement process includes:

We design every custom wig to complement your face shape and recreate a completely natural hairline. The cut, the parting, the length and the density are all adjusted to frame your features naturally. A hand knotted hairline is what makes a custom wig look like your own hair from every angle. We source only virgin European and Slavic human hair for every custom wig we build. Virgin hair has never been chemically treated. It is lighter, softer and has natural colour depth that processed hair cannot replicate. We hand select every bundle before building begins. We match your natural colour exactly. We blend highlights and lowlights where needed. We set the density to match your own hair so the finished piece looks like it is growing from your scalp.
